The Spodak Dental Group in Delray Beach now boasts a new state-of-the-art dental facility. Spanning 13,000 square feet, this LEED Gold Certified project sets a benchmark for excellence in dental care. The LEED components include: high efficiency plumbing fixtures, Stormtech drainage system, recycled base material, high-efficiency air conditioning, rainwater cisterns for irrigation, LED lighting, Solatubes to provide and disperse additional natural lighting, and low-e coating on the windows. The structure is architecturally finished concrete.
